What reaches the studio, and how
The fields in the contact section only help you draft your email; what you type is not sent to or stored by the site. You start the contact yourself. Through it, your name, your contact details (such as your email address) and whatever you share in your message reach the studio.
What it is used for
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you about the work. It is not used for marketing, sold or shared with third parties. Legal basis: necessary for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
Where it is kept, and for how long
Correspondence is kept in the studio's email inbox; the email service's servers may be located outside Türkiye. Correspondence that does not lead to a working relationship is deleted within 12 months at the latest. If a working relationship is formed, related correspondence may be kept for the statutory retention periods.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To keep the site secure and available, Cloudflare may briefly process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in its own systems; this data is not passed to the studio.
Your rights
To ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, or exercise your other rights under KVKK Art. 11, write to [email protected]. Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
